Ordering, payment and delivery

An order on the website is a request. The sale is agreed when our staff call you and confirm the price and availability.

How to order

  1. Add products to the cart and press "Send order".
  2. Enter your name and phone. For delivery, also enter the address.
  3. Our staff call you during working hours to confirm the products, the final price and the delivery.

Prices. Prices are in Armenian dram (AMD) and include VAT. Where a product shows no price, we tell you the price by phone before you confirm.

Payment. In cash or by card at pickup or delivery, or by bank transfer to the company account.

Receiving the order

  • Pickup at 1 Tigran Mets Ave, Yerevan – free, ready within 1 working day.
  • Pickup at 28 Vardanants St, Yerevan – free, ready within 1 working day.
  • Delivery in Yerevan – the fee depends on the products; our staff tell you the exact fee when they call to confirm the order. Delivery takes 1–2 working days.

Please check the goods when you receive them. Visible damage and missing items are easiest to settle on the spot.
