Returns, exchange and warranty

You can return or exchange an unused product within 14 days of receiving it. A faulty product is checked and repaired under warranty. These rules follow the Law on Consumer Rights Protection.

Returning or exchanging a product in good condition (Art. 23)

• Within 14 days from the day you received it.
• The product must be unused, with its look, packaging, seals and labels intact.
• Bring the receipt or other proof that you bought it from us.
• Return delivery is paid by the buyer, unless we agree otherwise.
• Not returnable: products made or cut to your order, opened products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, printed materials, opened software, and goods on the Government list of non-returnable goods.

If a product is faulty (Art. 16–20)

Bring it to a shop or the service centre. We check it first, and then:

• If the fault is covered by the warranty, we repair it free of charge.
• We give your tool back to you within 14 days.
• The law also lets you ask for a replacement, a lower price or a refund for a faulty product (Art. 16). These rights stay in force even though repair is our usual way.

We may refuse only if we show that the fault came from misuse, another person's action or force majeure after you received the product (Art. 16).

Warranty (Art. 6 and 17)

• Areg Tools gives its own warranty on the products it sells. The period for each product is written on the warranty card you receive with it.
• The warranty starts on the day you receive the product. Time spent in repair is added to it, and a replacement product gets a new warranty (Art. 17, 18, 19).

How to make a claim. Visit a shop or the service centre, call +374 93 238766, or write to mail@areg.pro. Bring the product and the receipt.

Disputes. We try to settle every claim directly with you. If we cannot agree, you can go to court.
