Own a little piece of history, with a modern classic from STANLEY® - the STANLEY® “No. 4” Sweetheart™ Smoothing Bench Plane. Making great quality hand tools has been a STANLEY® tradition since 1843, but in the 1920s STANLEY’s Sweetheart™ range, named to honour long-time company president, William Hart (1884-1915), quickly became synonymous with some of the most sought after and cherished woodworking tools on the market. Today’s modernised Sweetheart™ series, updated to meet the latest needs of modern-day craftspeople, boasts a range of premium woodworking tools based on their original 1920s designs, including the iconic “No. 4” Smoothing Bench Plane itself.
