Controlled pressure on the tire for mounting and demounting

Pneumatic roller disc: Facilitates the lifting of heavy tires, reducing operator effort.

Quick‑clamping system with central positioning: Allows fast and precise fixing of the tire on the clamp jaws.

Tilting tower: Saves time adjusting the head with precise and safe automatic alignment thanks to a rear‑tilting design controlled pneumatically, equipped with automatic positioning system and hexagonal pressure bar with pneumatic locking.

Mechanical auxiliary arm with 360° rotation: Facilitates mounting and demounting of low‑profile tires, run‑flat and those with stiff sidewalls, reducing effort and risk of damage. Ideal for difficult tires. Improves operational efficiency.
