Product description
The NEO TOOLS magnetic, quick-release, tilting holder for screwdriver bits combines a compact 65 mm length with the ¼" HEX standard and a 15° tilt mechanism. It allows convenient guidance of the bit when the tool axis does not coincide with the screw axis (e.g. with structural obstacles or in tight enclosures). The magnetic socket stabilises the bit at the start and in the final phase of tightening, reducing the risk of the bit falling out and improving feed control. Compatibility with popular bits and quick-release chucks facilitates quick changeovers, and the kinematics of the joint maintain torque transmission at a small working angle.
Application
Driving/removing screws with off-axis access – when the tool axis does not coincide with the screw axis (deviation up to approx. 15°).
Work in tight spaces: furniture carcasses, device housings, panels and covers.
Furniture and joinery assembly: hinges, runners, connectors in corners and recesses.
Household appliance/consumer electronics and machinery servicing: screws hidden under trim covers, near structural obstructions.
Electrical installations: boxes, ducts, trays, clamps - work near walls and ceilings.
Overhead work or work close to the floor where there is no room to position the tool in a straight line.
Operations requiring stable holding of the bit thanks to the magnetic socket (start and final phase of tightening).
