The GRAPHITE 56H559 SDS Max to SDS Plus adapter, 18 x 220 mm, is an adapter made of tool steel designed for hammer-action work. The SDS-max to SDS+ adapter allows accessories with an SDS-Plus shank to be used on machines with an SDS-Max chuck. It allows, for example, a drill bit with an SDS+ shank to be mounted in rotary hammers with an SDS-max chuck. The GRAPHITE adapter is particularly recommended when you need to drill but do not have an SDS+ rotary hammer with you, yet have a drill bit with this SDS+ fitting. However, when drilling a large number of holes, this adapter should be used with an SDS-max chuck. The adapter has a total length of 220 mm.
