Product description

The NEO TOOLS reinforced end wire brush, 65 mm in diameter, is a stiff attachment for intensive face cleaning and spot work. Bundles of double-twisted INOX (stainless) wire (0.5 mm diameter) retain their stiffness under pressure for a long time, enabling effective removal of mill scale, rust, old paint, burrs and deposits from edges, corners and hard-to-reach places. The M14 mount ensures quick fitting on standard angle grinders, and the permissible working speed of up to 12,500 rpm guarantees high efficiency when working carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium (once the proper feed and pressure parameters are selected). The end-brush geometry facilitates precise "spot" cleaning of welds, surface preparation for painting/galvanising and treatment of edge zones.

Removing rust, scale, old paint and deposits from edges, corners and hard-to-reach places.

Cleaning welds (e.g. spatter) and preparing the weld area for further processing.

Deburring / removing burrs after cutting and grinding on profiles, sheet metal and pipes.
