Product description

The NEO TOOLS bevel wheel wire brush is a stiff attachment for intensive cleaning of surfaces and edge zones, designed for use on angle grinders with an M14 mount. Bundles of 0.5 mm diameter twisted INOX wire keep their stiffness under pressure and do not introduce ferromagnetic contamination into stainless steel. The bevelled geometry makes it easier to reach embossings, corners and areas around welds, enabling fast removal of rust, mill scale, old paint or burrs on larger surfaces and along edges. The tool is designed for operation at up to 12,500 rpm. The NEO TOOLS brush is suitable for preparing surfaces before painting, galvanising or bonding, and for quick deburring in production and service.

Intensive cleaning of rust, scale and old paint on larger surfaces.

Working edge zones and near welds – removing spatter, preparing the weld for subsequent passes.

Deburring and removing burrs after cutting/grinding on sheet metal, profiles and pipes.
