Product description

The NEO TOOLS wheel wire brush is a stiff attachment for intensive metal cleaning, with a 115 mm diameter wheel and bundles of 0.5 mm twisted INOX wire. The stainless wire limits the risk of ferromagnetic contamination when working on stainless steel, and the twisted knot keeps its stiffness under pressure, favouring fast removal of rust, mill scale, old paint or burrs. The M14 mount ensures smooth fitting on standard angle grinders. The permissible speed is up to 12,500 rpm, which helps maintain high efficiency when working on larger surfaces and in edge zones.

Application

Removing rust, scale and old paint from larger surfaces and edges.

Cleaning welds: spatter, preparing the weld area for subsequent passes or painting.

Deburring and removing burrs after cutting/grinding on sheet metal, profiles and pipes.

Surface preparation before painting, galvanising, bonding (increasing roughness/adhesion).

Final cleaning of edge zones and corners – the disc offers a good compromise between efficiency and precision.
