The NEO TOOLS soft end wire brush, 75 mm in diameter, is designed for controlled finishing and cleaning of surfaces where a low risk of overheating and scratching is essential. Made of crimped INOX stainless steel wire (0.3 mm diameter), it provides flexible contact with the material and limits aggressive cutting action - which matters when satin finishing, removing deposits, light rust and welding residue, or preparing for painting. The use of stainless wire minimises the risk of iron contamination and pitting on stainless steel, making the tool safe for stainless steel (INOX) and non-ferrous metal parts. The 6 mm shank allows secure mounting in drills and rotary tools with a collet chuck, and the permissible speed of 4,500 rpm defines stable and safe working parameters - especially for face work with moderate pressure. In workshop practice, the NEO TOOLS brush is well suited for blending machining marks, evening out texture, knocking off oxides around welds and preparing edges without excessive material removal.
