Product description
The NEO TOOLS stepless (cone) drill made of HSS enables smooth drilling and reaming of holes in the range of 4–32 mm - without the need to change tools. The stepless, conical geometry allows the diameter to be "matched" precisely to your needs - simply control the depth of entry to obtain a smooth edge, with less need for deburring. The NEO TOOLS tool performs well in metal, aluminium, copper and plastics, especially in thin-walled sheets and profiles.
Application
Smoothly making and enlarging holes in thin-walled sheet metal and profiles (without changing the tool).
Holes for cable glands/cable passages, panel switches, push buttons and stubs in enclosures and control cabinets.
