GRAPHITE flap disc (ref. no. 55H838) with a diameter of 115 mm and grit K100, used for efficient grinding of metal and wood surfaces or for stock removal with angle grinders. Thanks to the fan-shaped, radial arrangement of zirconia-coated flaps, it achieves many times higher efficiency than other abrasive tools. Its increased durability makes it ideal for grinding ordinary, high-grade, stainless and acid-resistant steels. The product uses a type X cloth backing, intended for machine grinding, and a closed coat whose surface is 100% covered with abrasive grain (zirconia), which guarantees increased service durability and finishing accuracy.
