Product description

The NEO TOOLS delta sanding pad measuring 83 × 83 × 83 mm turns a multi-tool into a precise corner and edge sander while maintaining stable operation. The hook-and-loop working plate holds the sheet securely and allows instant changing of sanding papers, making it easier to switch between coarse sanding (e.g. P60) and finishing (e.g. P80, P100). The hole pattern works with dust extraction, reducing dust and improving visibility of the work area, and the triangular base with a sharp tip reaches deep into corners and allows an even approach along mouldings, profiles or board edges. The stable construction of the NEO TOOLS pad promotes even distribution of pressure over the entire abrasive surface, helping to maintain a predictable sanding result. The accessory is compatible with the GRAPHITE 59G023 and 59G025 multi-tools, giving you a versatile base for sanding wood, wood-based panels, fillers or primers in hard-to-reach places.

Application

Sanding corners and edges of wooden components and wood-based boards (MDF, plywood).

Stripping old coatings (paints, varnishes) and cleaning mouldings, door frames and profiles.

Levelling fillers, finishing plasters and primers before painting or varnishing.

Working details in hard-to-reach places: at joints, in narrow gaps, at board edges.

Preparing substrates for bonding/wrapping (matting, removing contamination).

Working with hook-and-loop papers in grits ranging from e.g. P60–P240 – quick change of sheets depending on the stage (rough/finishing).

Sanding with dust extraction (through holes in the base plate) to improve visibility and reduce dust at the workstation.

Use with GRAPHITE 59G023 and 59G025 multi-tools as a DELTA 83 × 83 × 83 mm pad.
