High-class GRAPHITE sheet metal nibbler (ref. no. 59G401) with a power of 500 W, designed for cutting flat, corrugated and trapezoidal sheet metal along a straight line and for cutting curves. The nibbler can cut steel up to a maximum thickness of 1.6 mm and aluminium up to 2.5 mm thick. When cutting, the nibbler removes a 5 mm wide strip. The minimum starting hole diameter is 22 mm. The tool is highly durable thanks to its aluminium gear housing. The die holder, rotatable every 90°, allows the cutting direction to be changed. The maximum number of blade strokes per minute is 2000. For safety, the nibbler is equipped with a lock against accidental start-up and a switch lock for continuous operation. In addition, the nibbler is equipped with a 5-metre power cord. Worn brushes can be replaced by the user. The device comes with assembly spanners and a handy carrying case. Compliance with European standards is confirmed by the CE certificate.
