The NEO softshell jacket is waterproof and windproof, with basic breathability. Lightweight and comfortable, yet warm, with a soft-finished fleece inner side. Integrated adjustable ribbed cuffs at the hem and at the sleeve openings help retain warmth with maximum comfort of use.
