Product description

The NEO TOOLS protective set, combining the NEO TOOLS 97-350 silicone half mask with two NEO TOOLS 97-361 P3 filters, provides effective respiratory protection against aerosols containing solid particles (dusts), fumes and liquid mists – up to dispersed-phase concentrations not exceeding 20x OEL (NDS). The soft, flexible silicone facepiece ensures a tight fit and high comfort during long shifts, and low breathing resistance supports work under conditions of increased exertion. The NEO TOOLS set works well in environments generating intense dust: mining, stonemasonry and carpentry, as well as during the handling of bulk goods and artificial fertilisers. P3 filters are easy to replace, which simplifies maintaining continuous protection – it is recommended to replace them when a noticeable increase in breathing resistance occurs or after work in high dust levels. The set has CE certification.

Application

When grinding, cutting and chiselling concrete/stone/brick (silica dust).

Stonework: drilling, polishing, sizing slabs.

Joinery and woodworking: cutting, routing, sanding (wood dust, MDF).

Sanding finishing plaster, plasterboard and plasters; processing aerated concrete.

Mining and extraction work with high levels of spoil dust.

Handling and packaging of bulk materials (cement, aggregates, powders).

Loading/unloading artificial fertilisers and feed (agricultural dusts).

Dry metal production and processing: deburring, grinding (metal fumes/dust).

Maintenance and servicing in plants with high dust levels (silos, mixing plants, packing plants).

Post-renovation cleaning with airborne fine dust.
