Product description

The NEO TOOLS protective set, combining the NEO TOOLS 97-350 silicone half mask with two NEO TOOLS 97-360 A1 filters, provides effective respiratory protection against gases and vapours of organic substances with a boiling point higher than 65°C. The soft, flexible silicone facepiece ensures a tight fit and high comfort during long shifts, and low breathing resistance supports work under conditions of increased exertion. The NEO TOOLS set works well in environments where hazardous vapours may be present: alcohols, aldehydes, esters, ethers, ketones, organic acids and styrenes – at a total volume concentration not exceeding 0.1%. A1 filters are easy to replace, which simplifies maintaining continuous protection – it is recommended to replace them when a noticeable increase in breathing resistance occurs. The set has CE certification.

Application

Solvent-based painting and varnishing (alcohols, esters, ketones, organic acids in thinners) – spray booths, touch-ups, furniture finishing.

Work with resins and laminates (polyester/styrene resins, epoxies with thinners) – laminating, gelcoat, composite repairs.

Bonding with and cleaning off contact/PU/CA adhesives containing organic solvents.
