PROJAHN annular cutters in HSS steel and HSS-Co 8% steel quality are manufactured with a cutting depth of 30, 35 and 55 mm.

The core drill is produced using full-grinding technology, giving it a perfect surface finish with optimum chip flow.

Available with Weldon shank 19 mm (3/4") and QuickIN shank.

The core drills deliver optimum drilling results in considerably less time, combined with a significant cost reduction, in direct comparison with solid drills.

Significant cost and time savings, because the core drill only drills out a ring and not the entire drilling diameter. The time saving can be up to a factor of 10, also because laborious preliminary work such as pre-centring and pre-drilling and reaming is eliminated.

The low material stress results in a longer service life of the core drills compared to solid drills.

The guide pin is spring-mounted and ejects the drill core.

PROJAHN core drills are used on mobile magnetic core drilling machines or on stationary pillar drills.
