Within its range of diamond drills for dry cutting, RUBI has DRYGRES 4DRILL bits.

Within its range of diamond drill bits for dry cutting, RUBI has the DRYGRES 4DRILL drill bits. The DRYGRES 4DRILL range of diamond drill bits is recommended for drilling all types of ceramic tiles, especially porcelain stoneware, and other covering materials such as marble and granite. In the DRYGRES 4DRILL range of drill bits, RUBI has used vacuum brazing technology, VACUUM BRAZED, which increases resistance to temperature and friction, to fix the diamond particles to the cutting area. DRYGRES 4DRILL drill bits are perfect for placing bathroom accessories or any type of decoration accessory on ceramic and/or natural stone surfaces.

DRYGRES 4DRILL diamond drill bits have been designed to be used exclusively with corded or cordless electric drills, always WITHOUT a hammer. Their hexagonal connection allows them to quickly adapt to drills with a 10 mm head.

The drilling depth of DRYGRES 4DRILL drill bits is 36 mm. for diameters of 6, 8 and 10 mm, and 40 mm deep for drills with diameters 12, 14 and 20 mm. All DRYGRES 4DRILL drill bits contain wax inside. This wax melts during use of the drill bit and facilitates cooling and evacuation of drilling debris (If the wax runs out, the drill bit can continue working. Only the total loss of the diamond indicates the end of the life of the drill bit. drill.).

As it is a dry cut, it is necessary, for proper cooling of the drill bit, to make a slight and constant orbital movement during drilling, as well as to remove any remaining material between drilling and drilling.

The DRYGRES 4DRILL drill bits, from RUBI, have a system that blocks the loss of this wax from the back of the drill bit, thus concentrating the wax, always at the tip and guaranteeing lubrication during drilling.

The minimum recommended speed of use for DRYGRES 4DRILL diamond drill bits is 1000 r.p.m. For a better finish and longer life of the drill bit, it is important to respect the appropriate rotation speed and make a slight orbital movement during drilling, as well as ensure that once the hole is finished there are no remains of the drilled material inside the drill bit. drill.
