The RUBI PRO-EDGER is a PROFESSIONAL accessory, for INTENSIVE use, specially designed for beveling and mitering ceramic tile and natural stone by using a mini-angle grinder and RUBI PRO-EDGER diamond wheels.

Designed for making mitre cuts at 45° up to a maximum thickness of 20 mm, and with no thickness limitation for bevelling.

Progressive bevelling and mitring at different depths to prolong the useful life of the grinding wheel and make bevelling easier for the user.

Compatible with 115 & 125mm angle grinders with cable or battery that are easily and safely fitted thanks to the joint made with an threaded shaft and quick-fastening belt.

Sealed high-speed bearings, to prevent the ingress of dust generated during the bevelling or mitring.

Professional portable system for intensive use, especially designed for dry bevelling and mitring principally of large format tiles.

It can bevel and mitre porcelain, ceramic and any natural stone material of any length.

The RUBI PRO-EDGER accessory is compatible with practically all mini-grinders on the market (115 or 125), both corded and battery powered. Models with bodies that do not exceed 100 mm in diameter are recommended to guarantee correct fixation of the mini-grinder to the RUBI PRO-EDGER accessory by attaching it to the threaded shaft (M14) and fixing the quick-release belt.

Additionally, to obtain the best results and greater control of vibrations during the roughing process, a power of 850W is recommended.

Thanks to the variety of RUBI PRO-EDGER diamond wheels, we can perform blunt bevels with radii of 5 and 10 mm as well as 45º miters on pieces up to 15 and 20 mm (depending on the wheel model selected) on all types of tiles. ceramics and natural or sintered stone.

The RUBI PRO-EDGER accessory incorporates a high-speed sealed bearing system that protects them from the dust generated during roughing and, together with the highly wear-resistant Polyethylene skids, facilitates smooth movement along the edge of the piece. .
