The FORAGRES kit is perfect for making holes in ceramic tiles during installation and allows professional ceramic tile fixers to get the best results in their finishes.

The FORAGRES kit is perfect for making holes in ceramic tiles during installation, and allows the professional ceramic tile installer to obtain the best results in their finishes.

FORAGRES diamond drill bits are ideal for drilling stoneware tiles, porcelain stoneware and granite and marble pieces.

The FORAGRES kit is composed of: a MULTIDRILL guide, a 1.2 liter capacity water tank with manual pressure pump, 2 m hose, 6 diamond drill bits (Ø 20, 28, 35, 43, 50, 68 mm.), and a practical case case.

The diamond band of FORAGRES drill bits is sintered and joined to the body of the drill bit by laser welding.

FORAGRES diamond drill bits should ALWAYS be used while cooled with water and with a hammerless electric drill.

The use of the MULTIDRILL centering guide (ref. 50944) is recommended for centering holes up to Ø 83 mm in diameter. For drilling diameters greater than Ø 84 mm, it is recommended to use the FORAGRES guide (ref. 50900).

The average life of FORAGRES diamond drill bits is 60 holes and ALWAYS depends on the type of material, its thickness and correct cooling and use.

The drilling depth of FORAGRES diamond drill bits is 30 mm (33 mm for diameters Ø 55 and 75 mm).

Before drilling a new hole, we must make sure that the drill bit is clean and free of any obstruction or remaining material.

The maximum speed of use for FORAGRES diamond drill bits is 900 r.p.m., except in diameters of Ø 100 and 120 mm in which the maximum speed of use is 450 r.p.m.

For a better finish and longer drill life, it is important to respect the appropriate rotation speed and apply moderate pressure while drilling.
