The DL 125 electric tile cutter is a compact and robust electric tile cutter designed to offer professional installers maximum precision and reliability for intensive cutting.
Its miter saw-effect cutting system and bearing-mounted motor assembly ensure smooth movement and excellent cut quality. It has sufficient power to work with ceramic tiles, glazed stoneware, and porcelain stoneware, thanks to its 1800W (2.4 HP) motor. The machine includes a 125 mm TVR diamond blade.
The reinforced aluminum chassis provides great stability and structural rigidity, improving precision in long and repetitive cuts. It also incorporates a blade protection system that increases user safety during operation.
The DL 125 electric tile cutter includes the HYDRA cooling system. This system consists of a double-sided nozzle that allows for optimal blade cooling, ensuring that the water efficiently cools the blade and penetrates the workpiece during cutting.
It also features the ZERO DUST system, which reduces the emission of respirable particles and provides a safer working environment. Its removable 8-liter water tank simplifies cleaning and maintenance, especially in environments with continuous use.
The DL 125 is supplied without cable and includes practical features that expand its capabilities, such as an extension table equipped with two side stops for 45° cuts, a laser guide for greater accuracy in layout, an adjustable side stop for repetitive cuts, as well as two clamps and two diagonal cutting attachments, essential for working with various formats and geometries.
