The GTB 185-LI Professional screwdriver is lightweight with an ergonomic design for maximum comfort throughout the workday. It is designed for efficient driving and removing of screws and is best suited for installers working with drywall/plasterboard structures.
The screwdriver's compact design, built with user comfort as a priority, achieves a weight of under 1 kg thanks to an improved gearbox and a powerful yet compact brushless motor.
This motor is far more reliable than brushed alternatives, requires no maintenance, and has a longer service life. The brushless motor allows the tool to be housed in an ultra-compact body, letting the operator work in hard-to-reach places, overhead or in corners near walls.
The innovative PowerSAVE mode extends run time and allows driving up to 3 times more screws per charge compared to drywall tools without PowerSAVE, with fewer breaks in work.
The power tool's service life is extended thanks to a specially designed Bosch dust-protection filter that reduces the ingress of solid particles and, with it, the likelihood of failure.
The screwdriver has an output speed of 4500 rpm, ideal for efficient drywall installation and precise driving of drywall screws up to 4.2 mm in diameter or standard self-tapping screws up to 6 mm.
With the new reversible depth stop, there is no longer any need to remove the depth stop to unscrew fasteners.
