This is a special pencil for marking wet surfaces of ceramic tiles, marble, granite, etc.

Thanks to the special lead composition of the RUBI construction pencil, it can be used to mark and make notes on any smooth or wet surface. Pencil marks are easily and completely removed with a damp cloth without damaging the face of the workpiece.
