Pressure Gauge for DP Airless Painting Equipment

The pressure gauge shows the pressure of the paint in the system. For accurate readings (under conditions of increased pulsation of the measured medium and external vibrations), the gauge is glycerin-filled. The pressure values on the scale are divided into three sectors: green, yellow and red. Operating the sprayer at excessive pressure (gauge needle in the red zone) leads to rapid wear of the equipment components. The gauge is mounted in the housing using sealant.
