Oil for piston paint sprayers, painting equipment and high-pressure painting units.
The oil is a selectively refined residual mineral oil that we recommend for lubricating ASpro and Dino-Power piston paint sprayers.
Many customers use our oil to lubricate piston pumps and seals of piston paint sprayers and similar high-pressure units from brands such as Wagner, Graco, Titan, ASpro, Kremlin, Dino-Power, Hyvst and others, instead of the manufacturers' own recommended lubricating oils Graco TSL or Mesamoll.
Complies with GOST 20799-88, which governs the production of general-purpose industrial oils. In accordance with these requirements, it contains no mechanical or other impurities, allowing its use in components and units of a wide range of industrial equipment.
The oil is used to lubricate sliding and rolling assemblies under light and medium load, gear mechanisms and piston rings.
The oil's high flash point, around 140 degrees Celsius, allows it to be used in components that heat up significantly during operation. The absence of impurities minimizes wear of interacting components and parts and ensures a long oil service life without subsequent replacement in the units. Due to the oil's high kinematic viscosity, it may only be replaced with lubricants of a similar rating.
